About Me

Hi, I'm  Mary and I like photography. Right now I am enrolled in a basic photography class at my school. I enjoy taking pictures of pretty much anything. I also love taking pictures in black and white; it's just something about how classic it can make a photo. This year I hope to hone my skills of taking photos of people.

This is a photo that I found on flickr. I really like taking this type of photo, where the focal point of the picture is clear, but the background is unfocused. By the background being unfocused, it adds to the photo, without taking away from it.
